4.)Repair install, origin should pick up @ 70% or 80 90% and not 1%, depending on how new your bf3 file is. Hope this works, worked me. Select cloud saving also.

- I have been seeing this here since day one when anyone has any problem such a true bug and or glitches in the game they are told to Use Origin to Repair the Game. I understand 'what' you do, however, being a curious cat, I'm not hardly believing that actually does anything.
